On Wednesday, 10th December 2025, the China Fleet Trust proudly fulfilled its first commitment from the newly established Trust Fund, created to support serving personnel and their families. The occasion marked the homecoming of 820 Naval Air Squadron after an intense eight-month deployment with the Carrier Strike Group during Operation Highmast.

This milestone event was the first funded initiative made possible by donations raised during the Trust’s inaugural gala fundraiser in November. It successfully delivered on three of the Trust’s essential funding pillars:

More than 400 serving personnel and their families gathered for an evening of celebration, reflecting the strong sense of community and gratitude for their service. The Trust is honored to play a role in supporting those who serve and their loved ones.
